First aid kit, washing up bowl, cleaning products.

Table and two chairs.

Fridge with ice box.

Wardrobe, clothes hangers, full length mirror.

Fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, waste bin, fan, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

Ensuite wet room -  shower, wc, sink, de-misting mirror with light, electric shaver point, extractor fan, electric heated towel rail, waste bin, bathroom towels.

Garden - steps down to a patio area with two sunloungers, picnic table and parasol.

Not provided – full kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, air conditioning, hairdryer, beach towels.

Parking - there is no off road parking but Beachtop is located next to a no-through road which usually provides ample parking. There is also a public car park approximately ten minutes walk away.

Transport  - by train: take the Penzance train, change at St Erth for the five minute journey to Carbis Bay station which is a short walk to Beachtop. By plane: the nearest airport is Newquay which is approximately thirty minutes drive away. By car: take A30 towards Penzance, exit at St Ives roundabout onto A3074 towards Carbis Bay.

Please note - strictly no smoking and no pets. The location of Beachtop is unsuitable for children and those with limited mobility.

We are committed to a rigorous cleaning procedure in line with covid guidance including sanitisation and ventilation. Therefore checkout is strictly 10am to avoid an extra charge and arrival time is no earlier than 3pm.
